Hi ... I am Harpreet

Today I met Dawn after 4 years. She didn’t recognize me but I didn’t feel bad, its been such a long time. She was the one who helped me make mine & Ajay's resume in Canadian style. Then there was this group for people new in country and looking for jobs. At that time I didn’t find it helpful but now when I look back it was very helpful. I got my stepping ladder with her help and I am moving up step by step. Luckily I every job I got was better than last one. Today when I met her, I was at her office for my Board meeting. When I told her she was so surprised and full of joy. She said - I got my story for this week's Leadership Session.
My story to encourage other newcomers in this country, what a great compliment. Yes, I am Harpreet Sahota … Member ,Board of Directors -YMCA. I am looking forward to see my self as chairperson sooner or later. I know it wont be too soon, but it will happen for sure.
