my little one has eczema.. some days when its is quite flared up.. his face will be red. He is a very smart kid and he has beginning to notice that something is wrong on his face those days, because some ppl wont stop staring and some even foolish will be so loud and ask right in front of his.. "what happened to his face" " poor guy" I am like .. what .. I am trying my best to make my kid feel that he has nothing wrong and all of a sudden some smart Alec's will make my efforts zero. Why cant u keep your curiosity to yourself. Tristan always loves to gets his pics taken but only the days when his skin is clearer .. otherwise he wont. This is what he is doing almost every day now. He doesnt even wanna go out coz he knows that other ppl will be staring. Its been about 2 weeks he went to school. I hate this eczema. I wish I can take his eczema away and make his healthy with one miracle. When other ppl are worried .. if they are having a boy or girl.. I always say .. just wish that your child is healthy. Nothing is more important. It kills you bit by bit to see your kid hurt or lying in bed sick.
But i really want to tell all the ppl if you see someone who is a bit different than you - please do not stare. It is very rude and it hurts. May be the parents are doing thousand efforts to make their kid feel the best .. and your one weird stare can ruin that. If you are curious about what is going on with kid, please be a little courteous and ask when the child can not hear you. Do the behaviour you want others to do with you.
