Men , Women & Society

Who made the society the way it is ??? This question makes me wonder. Especially the Indian Society.

In Indian Society the people have this thought engraved in their minds that the women are the only ones to take care of the home or household. Even if they are working outside or not, the house is their responsibilty. Some men will help others won't. The ones who help feels as a obligation not as their job as well.

Now comes the next issue or problem. The women who work outside the house in a regular job arent in much fix but the ones who run business has different kind of problems. Men go out and meet others is normal and if the same is done by the woman , either she is too fast, open or desperate.

Why isn't the woman doing business is a woman doing business. Not a commodity on legs. Business is business, work is work. Then why is this difference in the mentality. Now you might say- No, I am not like that. If you are a man - really ?? ask yourself again. Havnt you ever done that. Whenever a woman is talking to you ..you were thinking - Ah! she is interested in me otherwise why would she talk to me. And if you are a woman reading this - Havnt you judged other women from their work, behaviour??

We all do that. We are too quick to do that. We never realize what we are doing until it come back to bite us as well.

So the answer to my question I asked in the begining is - US.

WE MAKE THE SOCIETY. We - You and Me. All of us make this society and we have to make the change as well.

Grow up, start thinking from your head.

Actually, all this isnt that easy to do. You know why ?? Coz there is another thing to it - Facebook. It has added more trouble to all this psyche and mentality. Men think.. all the girls/women in my list are always available and God forbid if someone answers such guy's Hi or Hello. There there.. its all unleashed. Now you my dear reader, you might be thinking ... This is the fault of the woman. Its easy to blame. Its so damn easy to blame a woman. All you gotta say is a few words. Just one sentence. Now think if the tables are turned one day.

If this woman is your wife, daughter, sister -???? Then the guy is at fault. Isnt it.

What are we people? Who are we ?

We are the judges. We are the lawyers. We are the Social police.

Now my question to men is - Why on the earth you think a woman is available if she is talking to you. Women- out of the people on this earth- have way more self control than men. If she is interested in you she wont talk to you anyways. If she is not interested she would not even look at you. She might be thinking you are a normal person (who doesnt not have one and only motive- but she is wrong, isnt she?). She is talking to you by thinking you are a level headed person and you are taking her for ..you know what???

Please stop feeding your giant ego that every woman is interested in you. Women, step up. Change wont come until we change ourselves. Its our mentality we have to change and you will see the change. Dont treat yourself as a second class citizen and if you want to make this world better. Teach the kids not to judge each other, no bullying, no sexist remarks.

Lets be the change and make this society best for our sons and daughters.
