All the men who either abuse or don't react to someone who abuses, eve teases is culprit. All the people who see the women abused, girls killed for dowry or in womb are culprit. Even the ones who do sexual harassment or see it and don't react are culprit.
I am not much worried about the ones who do bad. I am more worried about the ones who know the bad people or aware of situations where they could have changed it. These people are dangerous coz they are always calm, social, civil, real citizen and look good.

Why not give Capital Punishment to the men who eve tease, who burn or torture for dowry or kill girl child in womb or give moronic statement as rape is something a girl bring on herself by her dress up style. Yes, all the babies went through the hell were dressed as .... Whatever.
