Indian Media, Social media & Vultures

Any country's media is reflection of its people. Of course,  it would and it should be. Because it is the people who take the TRP up or down.
In 2012, a brutal rape and murder happens and media was all over like vultures.
Like vultures they just ate the meat off the dead girl and flew away to another. For a few months it seemed like there is nothing else but perverted rapists in India.
Suddenly,  it all stopped. It was election season.  Media people were busy assassinating the politicians they didnt like. Only criteria to condemn a politician was clearly personal vendetta.
Elections got over. Now I guess they were looking for something. A headline. They got it when two minor girls were raped, murdered and then bodies hanged from tree. A scene no human would ever like to view. Such a shameful act. Heinous crime.
Now not just media but social media seemed to be sitting like vultures while sharing the last picture of the girls. The brutual image.
If people want to share their views, sure, do it. Does sharing the picture makes it better?  More effective?
After this heinous crime now, all you can see or hear in Indian media is rapes, rapes and rapes.
I guess once again, Indian men are nothing but rapists.
Why do we just react and then get busy in our routine.
But oh well!  Thats what we do! Eat off the dead and fly away.
We the vultures of social media.
