It was like a screw
there
on my temple
Slowly
Tightening across
Into my skull
Hurting, bleeding
It's in there
Still hurting
But I know
How it hurts
I know this pain
Known pain
I can handle it
How long
How long would I handle
Not any longer
Keeping hurts
Taking it out
Unscrewing slowly
It is hurting
I am grown now
Handling the pain
Pain of growth
After that pain
I will heal
I am healing
My mind is free
My body is free
