Why do ppl disbelief when they hear about narcissist abuse?

So many women/men are stuck with Narcissists.  Men might not be physically in danger but women are. 

Narcissism or narcissist partners ruin not just the present but the future of the children in the family too. 

Children grow with up with many behavioral disorders. 

Narcissism is an epidemic.
