Midnight in Paris

When I started watching this Woody Allen flick, I was looking for edgy romance, witty quotes and a great movie. It had romance, nostalgia and typical Woody Allen elements. Wow... What a movie. If you are looking for something different to watch. Some food for thought thing... Then this might be right one for you. But make sure you are not the Bollywood movie type. You have to have the being different element in you. You should have the same attitude as me where ..no one else is like you and you are the best. I know, I am like that. I am the best. No matter how mucho e people try to bring me down, I am the survivor and not just survivor , I am the winner. I am the winner. Anyways.. We will talk about me some othe time.. Right now about the movie. The movie is about a person who lives in old times.. 1920's Paris..just like I live in the time when my dad was around.. My life from birth till 1994.. That's the time I lived.. After that.. Its not life... Anyways...why do I come back to me... Hmmm.. Yes, I know.. I need to talk and bring it all out.. Now it's not just spit out.. I have to just let it all out and live my life. Be happy and be myself. The protagonist in the movie wants to live in quiet, peaceful and artistic Paris but his rich fiancé is all about show offs and spending money. She wants to enjoy life her way. Which isn't bad either. Every person has a right to be themselves. It's just a mis matched couple like many more we see everyday around us. You are lucky if you haven't seen any. Specially in your own house. I deserve Big hearty laughter at this eh.. I am glad that by the end the protagonist figures out and leads he life that's happy for his soul and the girl lives her way. Not getting married. Woody Allen has made the movie very beautifully and the metaphor of living in nostalgia and past ages is shown very beautifully. Very nicely. At the end of the day, verdict is - I love the movie.
